COLD ROLL WET POLISHING LINE

We offer a full line processing service to your sheet needs. Our sheet processing line includes edge conditioning, cut to length, polish and PVC/paper interleaf. All the processes are done in a single line. Processing thickness range from 0.3mm - 3mm and widths of 500mm - 1600mm.

COLD ROLL STAINLESS STEEL SLITTER

Our slitter line help our customer who are looking for a specific width coil. Our slitter can slit to widths requested by our customer from a standard size coil. This would help our customer by minimizing or eliminating yield loss.

Processing thickness range from 0.25mm - 3mm and widths of 25mm - 1600mm.

HOT ROLL STAINLESS STEEL PROCESS LINE

We offer a full line processing service to your plate needs. Our plate processing line includes edge conditioning, cut to length, polish and PVC/paper interleaf. All the processes are done in a single line. Processing thickness range from 2mm - 12mm and widths of 600mm - 2020mm.

HOT ROLL STAINLESS STEEL SLITTER

Our slitter line help our customer who are looking for a specific width coil. Our slitter can slit to widths requested by our customer from a standard size coil. This would help our customer by minimizing or eliminating yield loss. Processing thickness range from 2mm - 12mm and widths of 16mm - 630mm.

6M CNC ANTI-TWIST HYDRAULIC SHEAR

Our hydraulic shear helps our customer who are looking for specific size of product. Processing thickness range from 2mm - 20mm and a maximum widths of 6000mm.

#8 POLISH

Our process lines are capable of producing mirror-like #8 polish of the highest quality.

ANTI-FINGERPRINT COATING

Stainless steel is known for its aesthetic appearance. On top of the modern and attractive look, its long life cycle value wins another vote from consumers. However, there is one downside-it easily captures fingerprint and stain on the material surface. That is the main reason why the anti-fingerprint stainless steel material was created. The material is coated with a layer of 3-5μm thick coating which keeps the same look of stainless steel but provides fingerprint and stain proof benefits.
